Clinical Information Group
The Clinical Information Group (CIG) provide expertise to support the LKN to collate, analyse and report relevant data. It also aims to help steer the broader kidney data strategy focus at London and national level.
Health Equity Group
The Health Equity Group (HEG) is passionate about promoting equitable access to high-quality kidney care for everyone across London.

Preventing CKD Progression
By working together, we can transform kidney care in London and Surrey Heartlands to prevent progression, protect the kidneys and save lives.
Kidney Transplant in London
The LKN Transplant Collaborative intends to promote timely access to kidney transplantation and is particularly focused on improving pre-emptive transplant rates. We work together to share expertise and provide mutual support across our network.
Vascular Access
Permenant vascular access allows safe and consistant access for haemodialysis. The Vascular Access Group is working to make sure everyone who needs it can access it as quickly and easily as possible.
Dialysis at Home
The LKN Dialysis at Home Worsktream’s drive is to improve patient outcomes, reduce hospital admissions, and enhance the overall quality of care.
Young Adults
The Young Adult Workstream works to address the unique needs and challenges faced by young adults with kidney disease.
Supportive Care
The supportive care workstream aims to ensure older people with kidney disease get care that is as good as those who are younger and fitter.
