Workforce

Purpose

Working through and In-centre haemodialysis nursing group and a Nursing Leads group, we will be addressing issues with workforce, quality and education. These groups will develop and deliver (nursing) workforce data and quality audits to measure quality and to align workforce exemplars and gaps. Sharing practice through a series of ‘hot topics’ focused discussions will support local quality improvement initiatives to close the gaps where unwarranted variation exists.
