Patient Steering Group
What is the purpose of this group?
The Patient Steering Group (PSG) is the expert advisory group for the LKN. It is the focal point for patient engagement and involvement in the LKN and aims to facilitate equity of access for all patients to ensure we hear all the voices affected by kidney disease.
The PSG brings together Patient Representatives from the workstreams, our Patient Experience Group, Peer Support Programme, Kidney Patient Associations, Kidney Research UK, Kidney Care UK, National Kidney Federation and Patient Leaders in London.
Group chairs
“The LKN is bringing together London renal units and aiming to improve care for kidney patients across the capital. The Clinical Information group is playing an important role in providing critical data to support the workstreams and allow future planning and I am excited to be playing a part.”
